About This Game
Cult of the Lamb is an action roguelite with base building for Nintendo Switch, released on August 11, 2022. The player takes the role of a lamb who is saved from execution by a chained god and sent back into the world of the living to build a loyal cult in his name, in lands ruled by four bishops who keep the old faith.
Gameplay is split between crusades into randomly generated dungeons, where the lamb fights creatures and defeats the bishops one by one, and life back at the cult camp. Rescued animals become followers who can be given work, shelter and food, and gathered for sermons and rituals that keep their faith high. Doctrines chosen along the way decide the rules of the cult, from how followers eat and sleep to whether a member is sacrificed or set free.
