About This Game
Obakeidoro 2: Chase & Seek is an asymmetric multiplayer party game of supernatural tag, set in a scary-cute world drawn from Japanese legends. In each three-minute round, one or two Monsters hunt a team of three to six Humans: the Monsters win by catching and jailing everyone before time runs out, while the Humans win if even one of them is still free when the timer ends.
Humans survive by helping each other, stunning Monsters with a flash of their lantern, carrying allies to safety, and breaking captured teammates out of jail. Monsters each bring their own skills, like passing through walls or bursting with speed, to cut off escape routes. Matches support up to eight players online, and the short rounds can also be played solo, keeping every chase tense but light in tone.
