Pokémon Brilliant Diamond is a role-playing game released for the Nintendo Switch on November 19, 2021. It is a remake of Pokémon Diamond, taking players back to the Sinnoh region for an adventure filled with legendary Pokémon, challenging Gym Leaders, and mysterious discoveries. Begin your journey with Turtwig, Chimchar, or Piplup and work towards becoming the Pokémon Champion while investigating the plans of Team Galactic.
Gameplay combines classic turn-based battles with exploration across towns, caves, and routes. Players can catch and train Pokémon, discover hidden items, and challenge the Elite Four. The Grand Underground introduces secret bases, mining activities, and Pokémon Hideaways where different creatures appear. With updated visuals, familiar music, and online trading and battles, Pokémon Brilliant Diamond delivers a nostalgic adventure with modern Nintendo Switch features.
