About This Game
NARUTO SHIPPUDEN: Ultimate Ninja STORM 3 is a 3D fighting game for the Nintendo Switch, released on the system in 2018. Based on the Naruto Shippuden anime, it follows Naruto Uzumaki and the Allied Shinobi Forces as the Fourth Great Ninja War breaks out. The story spans the Five Kage Summit and the early battles of the war against Tobi and Kabuto’s reanimated forces.
Battles take place in 3D arenas where fighters move freely and trade combos, throws, and chakra-powered jutsu attacks. Each character can call in support teammates for combined assaults and activate an Awakening transformation when health runs low. Story mode mixes standard fights with large-scale boss encounters that use quick-time sequences and cinematic set pieces. Ultimate Jutsu finishers recreate signature techniques from the series, and free battle mode allows custom matchups outside the story.
