About This Game
Kirby’s Return to Dream Land Deluxe is a 2D platform game for Nintendo Switch, released on February 24, 2023. When the alien traveler Magolor crash-lands his ship on Planet Popstar and loses its parts across the world, Kirby sets out with his friends to find them. Kirby inhales enemies to copy their abilities, from swords and whips to the new Mecha and Sand powers, and charged Super Abilities clear whole screens of enemies and obstacles.
Up to four players can play together, taking control of Kirby, Meta Knight, King Dedede, or Bandana Waddle Dee. This Deluxe version adds a new story, the Magolor Epilogue, where Magolor fights to recover his lost powers after the main adventure, plus Merry Magoland, an amusement park of subgames like Samurai Kirby and Ninja Dojo that support up to four players.
