About This Game
Yoshi’s Crafted World is a 2D platform game for Nintendo Switch, released on March 29, 2019. After the gems of the magical Sundream Stone are scattered across the world, a Yoshi sets out to recover them. Every stage is built like a handmade craft set, with cardboard boxes, paper cups, and tin cans forming the ground, houses, and decorations.
Yoshi runs, jumps, and throws eggs at enemies and background objects to reveal hidden coins and flowers. Finished stages can be played again from the Flip Side, where the camera shows the back of the craft set and the goal is to find three lost Poochy Pups. Cardboard costumes collected along the way protect Yoshi from damage, and a second player can join at any time in two-player co-op, each controlling their own Yoshi.
