About This Game
Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope is a turn-based tactical strategy game and the sequel to Kingdom Battle, released in October 2022. When the cosmic villain Cursa begins capturing the Sparks, strange creatures born from the fusion of Lumas and Rabbids, Mario’s team leaves the Mushroom Kingdom and sets out across the galaxy to stop the chaos.
Battles keep the series’ strategic core but replace the rigid grid with free movement, letting heroes move anywhere within their range before attacking. Equipping Sparks grants each hero special abilities, from elemental attacks to defensive shields, and the team grows to nine playable heroes including newcomers Edge and Rabbid Rosalina. Between fights, several planets are open to explore, each with quests, puzzles, and secrets tied to its theme.
